What affects Polish voice over pricing?
One of the most important factors is usage. A recording for local radio differs from a national TV commercial, while a standard website video differs from a paid social media campaign. The voice talent's profile and demand, script length and post-production requirements also influence the price.
You can order a clean voice recording or a complete audio production with editing, music and mastering. Defining the distribution channels before recording helps avoid misunderstandings about licensing.
Corporate videos and e-learning narration
For presentations, instructional films and e-learning projects, selected Polish voice actors start at PLN 300 + VAT per A4 page of 1,800 characters. For scripts exceeding three A4 pages, rates start at PLN 200 + VAT per page. These categories include unlimited-duration usage under the published standard price list.
Audiobooks, lengthy training content and larger productions are quoted individually.
How long does a voice over licence last?
Under RPM Studio's standard price list, radio advertising, television advertising and paid online advertising include a one-year licence from the production date. Standard online use without paid campaigns, presentations, instructional videos and e-learning recordings come with unlimited-duration usage.
If you plan to distribute the same recording across several channels, tell us when requesting a quote so the permitted usage can be agreed upfront.
