In simple terms, mastering is a process that makes a radio commercial or multimedia presentation sound better.

It's not just about adding a few effects or "turning up the volume" of the production. It's EQ correction, compression, mono-summing certain frequencies, level matching, and advanced audio editing and correction.

Professional mastering of an advertising production requires many years of experience and thousands of productions in a portfolio.

A new client's first productions are carried out on a prepayment basis, based on a pro forma invoice.

It can be paid by traditional bank transfer or fast payment methods (including BLIK).

Once we get to know each other better and complete a few productions, it is possible to pay by bank transfer after the production is completed.

After receiving payment, we contact the voice talent and schedule a specific time (as soon as possible).

After recording and mastering, we send the sound to the client immediately.

For larger productions, it is possible to take part in the recording via Skype or by personally coming to the studio in Tarnów or Warsaw.

Interpretation corrections to a radio commercial are free of charge. If the text is changed, we agree on a new fee.

Yes, of course we also record in other languages.

All RPM voice talents are professionals and native speakers (the language they record in is their mother tongue).

Recordings are usually made in their home countries, so, for example, we record German speakers in Germany.

Unfortunately, voices from other countries are sometimes more expensive than Polish ones (this depends on average voice talent rates in a given market).

In some countries there are voice talent associations that set minimum fees.

Yes, we are able to edit existing TV commercials (provided we receive the source files), and we can also create a TV commercial or multimedia presentation from scratch. In this area we work with the largest production houses and – if the budget is limited – with small video producers.

Of course, we also work for companies outside Poland. For companies within the European Union with an active VAT number (the equivalent of a Polish NIP), we apply the so-called reverse charge and Polish VAT is not added. We accept PayPal payments.
