Beata Kaczmarek - voice talent

Beata Kaczmarek – born 20 February 1978 in Poznań. A cultural-studies graduate by education, a journalist by profession, and a voice artist by love and passion. She studied cultural studies at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

It started at home. With help from her Polish-teacher mother, she took part in recitation competitions and performed in the school theatre; with her musician father, she used to go to the New Theatre in Poznań and watch the magical world of image and sound from backstage.

In her first year of studies she ended up in radio almost by accident (the now-defunct Poznań station Radio Fan), because someone thought she had a nice, low voice. Half a year later she was drawn into a regional station (the now-defunct RMI), and a year after that she received a job offer from a nationwide station (RMF FM) and moved to Kraków. She also worked at Antyradio, always as a news journalist, and presented the news on local TV.
