Jacek Kawalec - voice talent

Jacek Kawalec (born 29 September 1961 in Warsaw) is a Polish theatre, film and dubbing actor, television presenter, singer and active voice artist. He completed five years of music school and sang in a scouts' choir at the Grand Theatre in Warsaw during secondary school. He is a graduate of the Acting Faculty of the National Film School in Łódź (1984). He worked with Warsaw theatres, including Polski, Komedia, Syrena, Ochota and na Woli.

He made his debut in 1985 in the series "Żuraw i czapla", and between 1992 and 1998 hosted the popular programme "Randka w ciemno" on TVP1. In 1995 he released the album "Be My Love, Shakespeare", featuring interpretations of William Shakespeare's sonnets. He was also nominated for the Golden Rose at the World Television Festival in Montreux for the show "Miłość to nie igraszka czasu". Known for roles in series such as "I kto tu rządzi?" and "Ranczo".

Since 2016 he has toured with the recital "Niezapomniany Joe Cocker", and since January 2022 has been the vocalist of the band Budka Suflera. In 2022 he hosted the programme "Poranny rogal" on Zoom TV.
