Voice Plan+ — voice-over subscription for businesses

VOICE PLAN+ is a subscription providing constant access to recordings made by professional voice talents – no AI or synthesised voices. Thanks to a fixed monthly fee, a short turnaround time (up to 24h on business days) and a simple online ordering system, it's the ideal solution for companies that need regular audio production.

The offer is aimed at advertising agencies, radio and TV stations, production houses, podcast creators, call centre operators, e-learning companies and other entities requiring frequent, professional voice-over recordings.

Yes – you have access to 7 professional voice talents and can freely choose between them for each order.

By default, the subscription starts on the first day of the month. If a client joins the programme mid-month, the first billing period is calculated proportionally.

Regular, timely-paying clients can settle by bank transfer invoice at the end of each month. For new clients, late payers, or those with a negative KRD/BIG credit rating, we bill on a prepayment basis.

In the event of a payment delay, RPM Studio has the right to suspend fulfilment of further orders until the outstanding amount is settled. This suspension does not change the terms of the agreement.

No – fulfilment only takes place on business days. Orders placed on a Friday are completed on the next business day.

No – posting the recordings as a "voice bank" or offering them as a catalogue competing with RPM Studio is prohibited. This restriction is included in the agreement. If you have any doubts, contact your RPM Studio account manager.

Yes – agencies and producers may use the recordings commercially, provided they don't make them publicly available as a voice database and comply with the licence terms.

Our subscription voice talents are not AI bots – they sometimes get sick, go on holiday, or simply have other commitments. In such situations, if a given voice talent is temporarily unavailable, they simply won't appear among the options when placing an order.

At the same time, we guarantee that at least 3 voice talents will be available every day, ready to complete recordings. If a voice is unavailable, we will try to suggest another voice talent, so you can always count on a professional, on-time recording.

Yes – you can order a voice talent demo as part of the DEMO plan, or by contacting your RPM Studio account manager.

You will receive the recording as a 44,100 Hz mono 16-bit .wav file. A raw recording – without mastering. You will be able to collect it through the dedicated service at voiceplan.rpm.pl. We will notify you by email once the recording has been sent. If a specific order requires other parameters, let us know when placing the order or after collecting it – we will resend the file.

No – the daily production limit does not carry over.

No – the subscription does not provide for temporary suspension. In the event of a longer break, it is possible to terminate the agreement with one month's notice, with the notice period ending on the last day of the month following the month in which notice was given. For example: if notice is given on 15 November, the agreement will expire at the end of December.

Yes – you can adjust your plan variant to your needs at any time. Changes take effect from the next billing period.

Yes – the standard length of a single recording is usually 30, 40 or 60 seconds. The exact time is agreed individually and specified in the agreement.

No. Proofreading is not included in the subscription packages. This help is available as a paid add-on. If the text contains obvious language, style or syntax errors, the voice talent has the right to make the necessary corrections, as long as it doesn't affect the meaning of the text. Such corrections do not constitute grounds for a complaint.

Voice talents have the right to refuse to record material containing political, religious, ideological, offensive or discriminatory content, content inciting violence, content contrary to the law, or content that violates their beliefs or professional ethics. In such a case the order will be marked as CANCELLED and the points from the daily plan will not be deducted.

Of course – we'll answer any questions and clear up any doubts. It's possible to arrange a video call (Teams or Google Meet) where we'll show you how the ordering app works. On request, it's also possible to test the service before purchasing a package.
